Terms & Conditions

• Guests earn 1 Miles & More award mile for every €2 spent on accommodation, up to a maximum of 1,000 miles per booking.
• The offer is valid exclusively for direct bookings made through Avaton Luxury Beach Resort’s official website www.avaton.com. Bookings made via email, phone, third-party platforms, tour operators, online travel agencies (OTAs), wholesalers, or travel agents are excluded.
• Miles & More award miles are granted only if the Miles & More membership number is declared at the time of the online booking and will be credited on check out after the issue of the invoice/ receipt. Miles cannot be credited retroactively after check-out. 
• Miles are awarded per booking, not per room or per guest and cannot be accumulated with future or prior stays.
• Miles are calculated solely on the accommodation rate, excluding VAT, city tax, resort fees, food & beverage, spa treatments, transfers, excursions, or any other additional services.
• In case of  cancellations, no-shows, early departures, miles will not be credited.
• Miles are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, discounts, or other benefits.
• Miles earned through this offer cannot be combined with other mileage promotions, bonus mile campaigns, or special partner offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Miles & More mileage accrual is subject to the Miles & More programme rules and conditions, as amended from time to time by Miles & More GmbH.
• Any unused or unclaimed miles expire at the end of each calendar year and do not roll over to the following year.
• The offer is valid only for stays completed within the current calendar year.
• Avaton Luxury Beach Resort reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time, without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• In case of misuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, Avaton Luxury Beach Resort reserves the right to withhold or cancel the mileage credit.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
